Role: Project Manager

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience)

Lead on a £23m project in Nottingham City Centre with an established team. Healthcare experience required and ability to .

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and Scheduling: Working with the planner, create project programmes, set realistic timelines, and track milestones.
• Cost Control: Working with the commercial team, monitor prelims and staffing. Overall cost control on site.
• Team and Site Supervision: Manage subcontractors, lead internal team and direct daily operations on-site.
• Safety and Compliance: Enforce health and safety rules and regulations
• CSCS Card, SMSTS, Previous project management experience

Communication: Update clients and stakeholders regularly on progress and resolve unexpected site issues. Report to Construction Director and Senior team.
