The Role

• Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable software solutions aligned with user story requirements.
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure high software quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues efficiently.
• Design and enhance cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on AWS for improved performance and security.
• Explore and integrate AI capabilities to drive innovation and enhance engineering practices.
• Mentor junior engineers, embodying technical leadership and championing best practices.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in designing and developing web applications.
• 4+ years of experience deploying applications in a cloud environment, preferably AWS.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or React.js, along with experience in Git.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives.
• Curiosity and willingness to explore and incorporate AI technologies.
