Lead Generation Specialist - HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Services

ARS/Rescue Rooter is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to drive new residential and light commercial opportunities in our construction-related HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. In this on-site role, you will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads via outbound calls, emails, and campaign follow-up, booking quality appointments for our sales and field teams. You'll maintain accurate records in our CRM, track conversion metrics, and collaborate closely with operations to optimize scheduling. Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify residential and light commercial customers for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Execute outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to generate appointments for sales consultants
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead, contact, and activity details
• Collaborate with dispatch, sales, and field teams to optimize lead routing and scheduling
• Track KPIs such as contact rates, conversion rates, and booked appointments
• Research local markets and campaigns to target high-potential customer segments
• Follow defined scripts and messaging while tailoring conversations to customer needs
• Support marketing campaigns by responding to inbound inquiries and web leads
• Adhere to safety-first and customer-focused standards in all interactions
• Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to management
