Great Wolf Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Human Resources to lead our HR operations at our family-friendly indoor water park resorts. In this role, you will be tasked with overseeing HR strategies that support our mission to create family traditions, one family at a time, by fostering a culture of respect, kindness, and service. The successful candidate will ensure that our HR initiatives are innovative, effective, and well-aligned with our overall business objectives.
