Director of Human Resources

Centers Health Care is seeking a Director of Human Resources/Staffing Coordinator to lead HR strategy and talent acquisition for our innovative IT and software organization. In this role, you will design and manage recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and performance programs that support a collaborative, inclusive culture. You will advise leaders on employee relations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and optimize HR processes and systems. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR and staffing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
• Advise leaders on employee relations, coaching, and organizational design
• Manage HR metrics, reporting, and continuous process improvement
• Partner with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
• Administer compensation, benefits, and HR systems in collaboration with Finance/IT
