Clearance: Active or Interim Top Secret (Upgradable Secret Clearance is OK) System One IT has a pre-award opening for a Master Scheduler with a STEM bachelor’s degree to support a federal end-customer in Falls Church, VA. Pending award – work is expected to begin in December 2026. It’s a great opportunity for individuals with contracts ending later this year – apply now! The qualified individual for this position must have: • Active or Current Top Secret security clearance adjudicated by DIA or DoD CAF; and a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a technical discipline. • 5 years in Project Management or Security Management • PMP certification or related program or project management experience • Expert-level skills with MS Project, MS Project Server, or MS Project Professional. • Ability to work collaboratively with all team members and be proactive in organizing PMO outreach to PMs to gather and report on schedule-critical information The Master Project Scheduler shall: • Prepare comprehensive project schedules and assist with the management of project milestones and deliverables • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using MS Project • Ensure issues are called out to the appropriate decision-making authority promptly so that decisions can be made that minimize impact to the critical path • Partner with Project Managers to identify schedule dependencies and ensure those are clearly linked across projects or programs • Identify and analyze schedule risks and mitigation strategies • Update project schedules to conform to current schedules and submit the updated Project Schedules
