Job Description:

• Develop, configure, and customize Genesys Cloud CX solutions.
• Support migration to Genesys Cloud, including assessment, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with APIs, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Build and maintain IVR, routing, workflows, and contact center integrations.
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize Genesys Cloud performance.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and QA teams.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud / Genesys Cloud CX.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud migration and contact center transformation.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, IVR, routing, and workflows.
• AWS Connect experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
