Biocompatibility Technical Project Manager I - Remote

Aptask Global Workforce (AGW) is seeking a Biocompatibility Technical Project Manager I for a Remote position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Colorado, CO. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role requires a good understanding of consumer electronics, biocompatibility, and analytical testing. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in program management within a collaborative, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects to drive material selection and biocompatibility testing during the product development process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Partner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and coordinate testing throughout the product development process
• Provide clear and effective communication of Biocompatibility goals and findings with the cross-functional team and leadership
• Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment, and set up a process to track and communicate efficiently
• Prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines
• Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building workflows, processes, and SOPs

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
• 2+ years of project management in a corporate setting
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively
• Basic understanding of biocompatibility and analytical chemistry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment
• Must have program management, clear communication, and consumer electronics experience
• Experience with biocomp and customer safety

Desired skills:

• Experience working in the consumer electronics industry
• Good understanding of program development checkpoints

Pay range: up to $55.61 per hour
