We are supporting a leading global change and transformation consultancy in recruiting Business Analysts to join their London team. This is an opportunity to work across complex transformation programmes, helping clients translate strategic objectives into practical technology and business solutions.

You'll work directly with client stakeholders and delivery teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities and support projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle.

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong consulting, stakeholder management and process improvement capabilities who is comfortable operating across both business and technology environments.

Candidates should have experience of:

• 3+ years' experience within Business Analysis
• Gathering and validating business and functional requirements
• Running stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops
• Creating AS-IS and TO-BE process models
• Developing user stories, functional specifications and process flows
• Business process analysis and improvement
• Working across the full project delivery lifecycle
• Agile delivery methodologies and project management tools
• Supporting UAT and change management
• Data analysis and development of business cases
• Working with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable experience:

• Previous consulting / client-facing experience
• CBAP or BCS Diploma in Business Analysis
• Experience across large-scale transformation programmes
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies
