Quality Analyst

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Five (10)+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes required
Pharmacy software or healthcare technology solutions experience is a plus
ISTQB Advanced Level Certification or similar professional QA certifications preferred
Proven expertise in manual testing, test case design, and execution across various platforms (web, desktop, mobile)
Advanced proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar)
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in collaborative, fast-paced development environments
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools for QA integration preferred
Proficiency in bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr)
Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automated testing and process optimization preferred
Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams to achieve quality goals.
