Senior Project Manager

A Principal Contractor seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager required to manage the delivery of a variety of Construction and Fit Out Projects within the Commercial Office sector. Reporting to the Operations Director you will take ownership of some of the organisations flag ship projects across a range of sectors including Motorsport, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services, Engineering & the NHS. A client facing role you will be dealing with some high-profile clients & their representatives at Board & Senior Management level We’re looking for someone who MUST HAVE /IS :

• Degree/ HND/ NVQ Qualified- Construction related .
• Experience working as a PM or SPM within a Commercial Construction contractor.
• Substantial Commercial Office & Light Industrial sector experience ( Pure Residential WILL NOT be considered) .
• Experience dealing with clients at Director level
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Strong commercial acumen & contractual awareness in relation to the delivery of construction projects. Package - Up to £90k basic, Company Car, Bonus, Medical, Pension, 25 days leave , long term career prospects
