Job Description
Synertex is seeking an All-Source Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to support a national cybersecurity organization client in Arlington, VA. This organization focuses on reducing risk to national infrastructure and growing resilience to cyber and physical infrastructure for the United States. Clearance: TS/SCI RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct all-source intelligence collection, analysis, correlation, and dissemination.
- Research and assess cyber threats, adversary activity, TTPs, and Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).
- Support threat hunting, incident response, cybersecurity operations, and infrastructure protection.
- Develop threat assessments, intelligence reports, briefings, and other analytical products.
- Validate and maintain intelligence, threat, and IOC data within government databases and analytical platforms.
- Identify emerging threat trends and provide actionable intelligence and recommendations to operational teams and leadership.
- Support SOP development, process improvement, and analytical quality assurance.
- Collaborate with intelligence, cybersecurity, threat-hunting, and incident-response personnel.
REQUIREMENTS
- TS/SCI clearance.
- 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience as an all-source intelligence, cyber intelligence, threat intelligence, or adversary analysis professional.
- Experience analyzing cyber threats, TTPs, IOCs, or malicious cyber activity.
- Experience with analytical platforms such as Analyst's Notebook, Palantir, or similar government systems.
- Experience working with JSON, XML, or other structured data formats.
- Strong analytical, written, verbal communication, and briefing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-tempo environments.
PREFERRED
- Experience with threat hunting, incident response, computer network defense, or intrusion detection.
- Experience supporting government cybersecurity or critical infrastructure missions.
- Experience briefing senior leadership or providing operational intelligence support.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or training intelligence/cybersecurity personnel.
