Job Description
Prestigious senior care and retirement community is seeking a Sales Manager to join their Central NJ team!
Candidates must be current sales managers with at least 2 years of stable experience managing an inside sales team. Must be able to energize, motivate, and elevate a team while driving strong performance. This position offers a base salary of up to $90K, plus commissions/bonus for a first-year earning potential of $110K–$115K
, along with excellent benefits and the opportunity to grow with a respected organization.
Must be able to be in the office daily.
