Role: Senior Business Analyst - Commercial and Operations Location:

London - 2-3 days per week onsite Duration: 12 Months Day rate: £700 Inside IR35 We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong SAP ECC expertise and proven knowledge of Oil & Gas Midstream Commercial and Operational processes to support a major European transformation programme.

This role will be responsible for driving business design activities, facilitating workshops, gathering and validating requirements, and acting as the key link between business stakeholders and technology delivery teams throughout the programme lifecycle.

The technology landscape is centred around SAP ECC, with integrations to trading, shipping and other bespoke business applications. The successful candidate will combine strong business process knowledge with excellent stakeholder management skills and will be comfortable operating within complex, large-scale transformation environments.

Key Responsibilities Lead workshops to gather, analyse and validate business requirements.<br />Drive business process and solution design across Commercial &amp; Operations functions.<br />Act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams.<br />Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications.<br />Perform process mapping, gap analysis and business impact assessments.<br />Support SAP ECC solution design and process improvement initiatives.<br />Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.<br />Support testing, business validation and user acceptance activities.<br />Engage with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Trading and Shipping functions.<br />Support the delivery of a large-scale business transformation programme.

Essential Skills &amp; Experience Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within SAP transformation programmes.<br />Strong hands-on SAP ECC knowledge.<br />Experience within Oil &amp; Gas Midstream Commercial and Operational processes.<br />Knowledge of Trading, Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain or Inventory Management.<br />Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and documentation skills.<br />Proven business process mapping and gap analysis experience.<br />Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.<br />Experience supporting UAT and business readiness activities.<br />Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.<br />Experience working within complex, enterprise-scale transformation environments.If you receive suspicious outreach claiming to be from us, please contact us via the ManpowerGroup website
