Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workday Integration Consultant / Developer with strong hands-on expertise across Workday Studio, Workday Extend, Core Connectors, EIB, Workday Reporting, and Workday Prism Analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, testing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex Workday integrations and reporting solutions. This role will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIB
• Design, develop, and support Workday Extend applications and solutions
• Develop and maintain advanced Workday Reports to support business and operational requirements
• Build and support Workday Prism Analytics solutions, including data ingestion, transformation, and analysis
• Develop and support inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
• Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and performance problems
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday technical solutions
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and other business stakeholders
• Support enhancements, modifications, and optimization of existing Workday integrations
• Perform integration testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support
• Monitor integrations and proactively identify and resolve technical issues
• Document integration designs, technical specifications, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
• Support Workday Extend and Prism initiatives as part of broader Workday modernization efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, automation, reliability, and data quality
