Job Description
- 8+ years: UI/UX design for workflow-heavy applications
- Information architecture, navigation, and multi-step workflows
- Agile development backlog refinement, sprint planning, iterative delivery
- Design systems, component libraries, and reusable UI patterns
- Figma, Axure, Sketch, or similar design tools
- SaaS, enterprise, or complex digital product design
- Required: WCAG & Section 508 accessibility
- Secure UX design practices
- HTML/CSS and collaboration with frontend developers
- Frontend/backend development environment knowledge
- User research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and UI handoff
- Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration
