Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will combine strong design expertise with a deep understanding of user-centered principles, ensuring our products are both functional and delightful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and wireframing to prototyping and final delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-friendly designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries for consistency across platforms.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a strong design culture within the team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in UI/UX design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience (8+ years) in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
- Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Ability to conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or related field.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Experience in designing for enterprise applications or SaaS platforms.
