Roadside Mechanic | Leighton Buzzard, United Kingdom | On-site | £36,400 - £61,000 OTE

We're hiring for a leading national automotive assistance provider, trusted by millions of members for over a century. We combine a rich heritage with a forward-thinking approach to technology and member service.

The Role

Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and vehicle diagnostics.
Provide emergency breakdown support and quick, confident solutions to members.
Handle a variety of tasks including battery replacements, tyre changes, and complex fault-finding.
Collaborate with a strong team to ensure member satisfaction.
Work autonomously, starting and finishing your shifts from home.

What You'll Need

Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
A customer-focused approach with exceptional communication skills.
A full UK driving licence.
Ability to remain calm and confident under pressure.
