What You'll Need • A Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education. • Proven experience working with children under 5, with a genuine passion for early childhood education. • Strong communication skills, able to connect effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. • Excellent organisational abilities to maintain structured and exciting learning environments. • A deep understanding of child development to plan and deliver engaging activities.
