The Role

• Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children's growth and learning.
• Plan and deliver educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong connections with families.
• Prepare materials and arrange rooms to support children's development.

What You'll Need

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5.
• A genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
