The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, repairs, and checks on light vehicles.
• Manage personal stock, complete reporting, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate with independence and make informed decisions to resolve customer issues effectively.
• Represent the company's trusted brand and values during every customer interaction.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
