The Role • Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic services directly to customers at their location. • Conduct a variety of services including general maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on light vehicles. • Manage your own stock, complete necessary reports, and maintain strong customer communication. • Operate independently, making informed decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. • Represent the company with pride, offering advice and first-class service. What You'll Need • Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles. • A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
