Job Description

Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Jackson, MS (Onsite)

Duration: 3 Years

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for users experiencing help desk-related issues.
  • Diagnose software issues and resolve user inquiries, including manual data corrections.
  • Manage, prioritize, and track support requests through JIRA, email, and other ticketing channels.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to support business and IT initiatives.
  • Escalate complex issues and document incidents for system enhancements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders while ensuring high-quality customer support.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience supporting automated eligibility systems for SNAP, TANF, or E&T.
  • Experience with help desk support, issue troubleshooting, and incident management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
