Job Description:
We are seeking a Social Marketing Operations Engineer with strong social media and Sprinklr experience to support our enterprise tech clients content amplification strategy across 8 social platforms automation and optimization of content workflows and management of digital communities This role bridges digital marketing marketing technology and analytics enabling scalable and efficient campaign execution across social and content platforms
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Partner with content and creative teams to support timely content amplification on channels with 800K followers
  • Manage and optimize social media content across multiple platforms using Sprinklr Adobe Workfront
  • Develop best practices for governance tagging and native platform usage
  • Manage integrations between AEM Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS platforms and Sprinklr to streamline content workflows
  • Own end-to-end metadata tagging strategy for content landing on client social media accounts
  • Stay up to date on latest social trends features and tools and understand how to implement them for social campaigns delivery
  • Validates social posts for spelling grammar product truth content relevance and metadata accuracy completion through standardized quality assurance processes
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with multiple groups of stakeholders and focus on shared outcomes using data and insights to help broker any challenges
Analytics Performance Optimization
  • Analyze track and report on social media performance using Sprinklr Analytics Adobe Workfront and Power BI reporting dashboards
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve process intake and operational efficiency
  • Execute AB testing on social posts and blog content to optimize performance
Community Engagement Brand Growth
Monitor brand mentions audience sentiment and engagement trends using social listening tools
Collaborate with customer service and marketing teams to respond to customer inquiries on social platforms
Support influencer marketing initiatives and social listening strategies
Qualifications Skills Required
Qualifications
  • 3 years of enterprise experience in social media management
  • Handson experience with Sprinklr for social posting automation and analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of social platforms TikTok LinkedIn X Twitter Instagram Facebook YouTube etc
  • Experience supporting YouTube video readiness and publishing workflows
  • Excellence in supporting creative social media content planning strategy and collaboration
  • Expert knowledge of best practices and cultural trends for Instagram Threads TikTok YouTube Facebook X Twitter etc
  • Strong knowledge of social media analytics and reporting to demonstrate results
  • Experience with AB testing paid social campaigns and performance marketing
  • Strong analytical communication and project management skills
  • Experience using project management software such as Adobe Workfront Microsoft Lists Microsoft Project Clickup etc
Additional Qualifications
  • Exposure AI driven marketing tools chatbots or automated customer engagement solutions
  • Basic knowledge of HTML CSS and JavaScript for minor web or email customizations
  • Technical understanding of API integrations marketing automation and data analytics
Skills Mandatory
  • Social Media Management via TikTok Instagram Threads X Twitter LinkedIn YouTube etc
  • Sprinklr or equivalent social media management platforms
