Senior RTO/ISO Settlements Compliance Specialist - Energy

Constellation Energy is seeking a Sr RXS Specialist to lead complex regulatory and market operations within our Utilities & Energy portfolio. In this role, you will manage end-to-end RXS processes, ensuring accurate settlements, regulatory compliance, and high-quality data across multiple markets. You will analyze meter, billing, and transactional data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and partner with trading, billing, IT, and customer operations teams. You'll drive process improvements, enhance reporting and KPIs, support audits, and contribute to strategic energy and sustainability initiatives in a collaborative, innovative culture.

Responsibilities

• Support regulatory and market operations for retail energy and RTO/ISO settlements
• Analyze meter, billing, and transactional data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain RXS processes, documentation, and compliance across multiple markets
• Collaborate with trading, billing, IT, and customer operations on energy delivery issues
• Develop and refine reports, dashboards, and KPIs for RXS performance
• Identify process improvements to enhance data quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency
• Support audits and regulatory filings with accurate data and analysis
• Assist in onboarding new markets, products, or systems integrations
• Provide subject-matter expertise on RXS rules, tariffs, and market changes
• Contribute to cross-functional projects that advance Constellation's sustainability goals
