Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Agile Delivery
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business requirements.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Architects, and Development teams.
- Act as the primary decision-maker for product-related priorities and requirements.
