Senior Product Manager - Finance Products

LifeWave is seeking a strategic and experienced
Senior Product Manager – Finance Products to lead the vision, roadmap, and execution of technology products that support global Finance operations. This role partners closely with Finance, Technology, and business leaders to identify opportunities, prioritize investments, and deliver solutions that improve financial visibility, operational efficiency, compliance, reporting, and decision-making. The position focuses on Finance products and business outcomes and does not own ERP strategy, administration, or platform management.

Product Strategy & Planning
Define and maintain product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics for Finance-related products. Partner with Finance leadership to identify opportunities and translate business objectives into product initiatives. Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, risk, and ROI. Partner closely with Engineering, UX, Data, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Measure outcomes and continuously improve products based on data and feedback.

Finance product ownership
Own strategy and roadmap decisions for Finance capabilities including:
Financial Planning & Analysis
Treasury & Cash Management
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Financial Reporting & Analytics
Payment Platforms
Financial Data Products & Integrations
Finance Workflow Automation
Audit, Compliance, and Financial Controls Solutions
Drive process simplification, automation, self-service capabilities, and operational scalability while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and audit readiness.

Build strong partnerships across Finance, Technology, and business organizations. Communicate product direction, priorities, risks, and outcomes to leaders and teams. Mentor Product Managers and promote customer-centered, outcome-driven product practices.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
~3+ years of experience working with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, Procurement, or related business functions.
~ Experience working with Engineering teams in Agile environments.
~ Experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, planning tools, payments, integrations, or workflow automation. Experience leading business transformation or modernization initiatives. MBA, CPA, CFA, CMA, or similar professional certification.

Delivery of high-value Finance capabilities. Improved operational efficiency through automation and process improvement. Improved financial visibility, reporting quality, and decision-making. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to remain in an office at a computer workstation and access information from a computer.
