Lead Generative AI & Agent Engineer
Long-term contract
Location: Northville, MI (hybrid onsite)
Key Requirements
- Proven experience delivering multiple production-grade AI solutions
- Deep expertise in RAG, LLM-powered chatbots, document extraction, and custom AI agents
- Experience designing document review, scoring, and decision-support workflows
- Strong knowledge of AI deployment, monitoring, security, and governance
- Ability to produce traceable, explainable, and auditable AI outputs
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to train and transfer knowledge to client team members
