The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair services directly to customers at their locations.
• Manage your own stock, administrative tasks, and customer interactions to ensure a high level of service.
• Handle a variety of tasks including routine servicing, diagnostic assessments, and repair work on light vehicles.
• Represent the company with professionalism and provide excellent customer service, acting as a key point of contact.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment where each day presents new challenges and customer interactions.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• An independent and proactive approach to problem-solving.
