W2 Role.. Remote work Available 

What we're really looking for

The ideal candidate is a very strong Senior/Staff/Principal Software Engineer who has deep software engineering/architecture experience AND is very comfortable using AI coding agents to accelerate and change how software is delivered.

The AI experience is less about a specific tool and more about how they harness and direct AI agents to build software.

  • Directing/navigating AI agents to build software
  • Understanding where humans need to remain in the loop
  • Testing while coding
  • Using steering files/rules/instructions to guide AI toward the correct architecture
  • Giving AI agents constraints and context
  • Validating AI-generated output
  • Establishing repeatable practices around AI-assisted development
  • Experimenting with emerging AI development practices

Technical foundation

The candidate still needs to be a strong software engineer. Prioritize:

Must-have:

  • Strong enterprise software engineering background
  • C#/.NET — deep experience
  • Application architecture/design
  • Ability to review and challenge code/technical implementations
  • Strong understanding of production-quality software
  • AI-assisted/agentic software development experience

Strongly preferred:

  • React or another modern frontend framework
  • Terraform / Infrastructure as Code
  • CI/CD
  • Cloud
  • Docker/Kubernetes/Helm
