Configuration Changes & Deployment: Author, test, and submit configuration changes utilizing internal Google release tooling (CDPush).

Validation & Monitoring: Closely monitor health metrics, telemetry dashboards, and build logs during and after cutover to quickly identify anomalies, mitigate risks, and roll back changes if issues arise.

Phase 2: Client Codebase Migration & Deep Technical Refactoring

Direct Codebase Refactoring: Directly update client codebases to migrate service requests and dependencies from OutputMetadataService to the new service.

Build Configuration Modernization: Read, write, and refactor build rules and dependencies in Starlark across internal BUILD files.

C++ Development: Implement, test, and submit production-quality changes in internal C++ libraries and client wrappers.

Project & Soft Skills

Project Management & Organization: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple migrations in parallel while keeping client statuses and roadmaps structured and up to date.
