The Role

• Deliver expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers at their locations.
• Conduct a variety of tasks including servicing, diagnostics, and repairs for a range of light vehicles.
• Manage vehicle stock, complete reports, and maintain excellent customer communication.
• Operate with independence and make informed decisions for each customer service scenario.
• Represent the organisation with pride, embodying its values in every customer interaction.
• Adapt to a dynamic daily schedule with diverse challenges and customer needs.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
• Proficiency in working with a diverse range of light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.
• The ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
