ERP Project Manager – Finance PM

Location: Remote

We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager – Finance PM to lead the Finance workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing enterprise ERP implementations, collaborating with Finance and IT stakeholders, and driving cross-functional projects from planning through execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance workstream activities within SAP S/4HANA / ERP transformation programs.

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver project milestones.

• Manage project plans, schedules, RAID logs, governance, risks, and executive reporting.

• Coordinate data migration, integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), reporting, and production readiness activities.

• Facilitate business requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions.

• Work with third-party vendors and implementation partners to ensure successful project delivery.

• Drive stakeholder communication, organizational change management, user readiness, and training initiatives.

• Track project progress using PPM tools such as Jira, Planview, Clarity, MS Project, or Smartsheet.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Project Management experience with enterprise ERP implementations.

• Strong experience managing Finance workstreams in SAP HANA / SAP S/4HANA environments.

• Knowledge of Finance processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Tax, Treasury, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting.

• Experience with enterprise integrations involving Workday, Concur, Cforia, Data Lake, or similar platforms.

• Experience leading Data Migration, UAT, SIT, Change Management, and Production Go-Live activities.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Planview, Clarity, or MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Prosci Certification.

• Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or other regulated industries.

• Experience supporting global ERP implementations and geographically distributed teams.
