San Jose, CA (Hybrid, remote option in Northern California or Washington) | Full-Time | $110,000 to $160,000 base plus commission | Up to 50% travel

Grow a high-power supply business across Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, selling into data centers, telecom, and industrial automation.

Must-Haves

• 8+ years selling high-power power supplies, including open frame and server power
• Proven sales to OEMs, VARs, and system integrators, with an existing network
• Consistent quota attainment in complex technical sales
• Based in the Bay Area or Washington State
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

What You'll Do

• Hunt new business in the high-power supply market
• Build sales strategies targeting high-value accounts
• Advise customers on power solutions for data center, telecom, and automation applications
• Partner with engineering, product, and marketing teams
• Report on pipeline, forecasts, and competitor activity
