The Role

• Engage with customers inside a national retail home improvement store, initiating conversations about HVAC upgrades, air quality, and energy efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to schedule free in-home consultations for potential clients with expert comfort advisors.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of home comfort solutions.
• Represent a reputable brand by maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet lead generation targets.

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift.
