Change and Engagement Lead

Your new role

As the Change & Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of major technology initiatives within a large-scale infrastructure transformation program. You will lead the development and execution of change management, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that build organisational readiness and support long-term adoption. Working closely with program leaders, technical teams and business stakeholders, you will establish frameworks, manage change risks and deliver engagement activities that ensure project outcomes are successfully embedded.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing change management and communication strategies
• Leading stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and technical audiences
• Assessing and improving organisational change readiness
• Providing expert advice to program leaders and project teams
• Managing change risks, issues and stakeholder concerns
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change initiatives
• Delivering executive-level reporting, recommendations and briefings
• Driving continuous improvement across change and engagement practices

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience leading change and engagement activities within large ICT transformation programs
• Strong experience developing stakeholder engagement, communication and change management plans
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to influence and engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and issue management capability
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology change initiatives
• Knowledge of ICT infrastructure environments
• Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
