Enterprise Change Leader - Wealth Management Transformation

LGT Group in Sydney seeks an Enterprise Change Manager to lead change across business, technology, operations, risk and client-facing functions. You will ensure changes to platforms, processes, products and ways of operating are effectively introduced, adopted and embedded, while minimizing disruption to clients and staff.

Working with domain transformation leads and project teams, you will coordinate communications, training, readiness and adoption, provide governance reporting, and build
