Job Description

Payrate: $50.00 - $56.18 /hour
 
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage and drive network site development and construction activities for our Client's Wireless 4G and 5G networks. The role involves working closely with various teams to track progress, manage schedules, and ensure successful project execution.
 
Responsibilities
  • Track and drive network site development and construction activities.
  • Collaborate with RE Specialist, Project Management, Regulatory, Construction Engineering, Equipment Engineering, Transport Engineering, and RF Engineering teams.
  • Set up projects, create trackers and reports, and regularly update the internal database.
  • Manage financial information related to projects.
  • Track environmental due diligence, regulatory requirements, leasing, zoning, and permitting activities.
  • Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, and manage project meetings.
  • Manage project budgets and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain professionalism by promptly responding to communications and actively participating in meetings.
  • Populate and maintain project tracking databases and develop reports.
 
Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably with a telecom emphasis.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent work experience desired.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, especially Google Sheets, and experience with relational and web-based database applications.
  • Ability to lead calls with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of project costs and their relation to project management.
 
Skills
  • Ability to create Google Sheets reports with formulas for offline data analysis.
  • Experience with Lookr reports and dashboards.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools like Gemini or Claude for work and task management.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $50.00 - $56.18 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
