Project Manager - Telecommunications-Fully Remote !!

This position is 100 % remote. Candidates residing in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, or Massachusetts preferred. For canddiates residing locally to the work location 

A final face to face interview in Bethpage Long Island New York is required. Candidates residing within daily commuting distance to Bethpage Long Island will need to accomodate a hybrid schedule. Three days per week onsite in Bethpage , two days remote.    

Our client, a multinational telecommunications technology company, is urgently seeking a Project Manager to lead cutting-edge initiatives, network upgrades, software deployments, and AIOps, that power the end-client's services.

Compensation- $ 49.00 per hour W2, $ 59.00 per hour C2C. 

What You Will Do:

Own Projects End to End
Build project plans, set milestones, allocate resources, and lead delivery of technical solutions across network, software, and platform initiatives. Use AI-assisted tools to sharpen planning, scheduling, and risk management.

Lead Across Teams
Act as the connective tissue between Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and Business stakeholders. Keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals.

Champion Agile Delivery
Run sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Push continuous improvement into every phase of the development lifecycle.

Communicate with Impact
Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership. Use AI tools to generate sharp reports, summaries, and insights that make your work, and your team''''''''s progress, visible.

Manage Budgets and Milestones
Keep projects on time and on budget, with transparent reporting every step of the way.

Solve Problems Before They Escalate
Spot risks early. Track issues. Clear roadblocks before they slow down delivery.

Work with Leading Tech
Manage projects involving DOCSIS, PON, Wi-Fi, AI/ML, and automation, ensuring every solution scales and performs reliably.

Pioneer AI-Enabled Delivery
Automate reporting, status updates, and documentation. Streamline workflows.
Apply AI-driven insights to improve dependency tracking and issue resolution. Constantly hunt for new ways to work smarter.

Required Skills 
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology or equivalent
Minimum three as a Project Manager on cross-functional programs spanning Engineering, Product, DevOps and stakeholders
Minimum five years managing technical projects in telecom, ISP, cable/broadband, SaaS, or large-scale infrastructure environments
Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) and/or SCPO with at least two years active facilitation
Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager with a track record of managing cross-functional projects (Engineering, Product, DevOps) involving five or more concurrent workstreams
Proficiency in Jira and Confluence Analyzing, planning, and developing scheduled projects
Determining and defining clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for all staff members
Holding regular technical team meetings to address project-related questions or challenges
Experience using AI-enabled productivity tools for project planning, reporting, and delivery tracking
Familiarity with automation tools and Agile tool integrations (i.e. Jira automation)
Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve delivery outcomes
