Frontline IT Help Desk Analyst

JBS Australia is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to provide first-line technical support for employees across our facilities and offices. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, log and manage service requests, and ensure timely assistance to users.

You will join our IT Service Desk team, playing a key role in maintaining high service standards and meeting SLAs. The role involves after-hours support on a rostered basis and collaboration with various business units.
