Campus IT Support Trainee - Imaging, AD & O365

HCL Australia Services PTY. Limited is hiring a Campus-Trainee to support Windows OS installation, configuration, and upgrades on laptops and desktops. You will manage Active Directory users, configure Office 365, MS Teams, and set up meeting rooms.

The role involves remote support, SNOW ITSM ticket handling, device imaging with Intune and Configuration Manager, and asset management. Onsite support across Australian sites with a focus on learning and teamwork.
