Oracle Development Manager

A growing services organization is seeking an Oracle Development Manager in Whippany, New Jersey to lead a team supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion solutions across key business functions. This role blends hands-on technical leadership with team management and cross-functional collaboration in a complex enterprise environment.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday


• Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite in Whippany, NJ)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Oracle Cloud developers and coordinate day-to-day development activities


• Prioritize, groom, estimate, and execute backlog items in alignment with business needs


• Provide hands-on support for architecture, development, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications


• Oversee integrations, data flow, data migration, and related technical solutions across a multi-vendor application landscape


• Partner with business stakeholders and third-party implementation teams to deliver quality solutions and ensure continuity after go-live

Qualifications:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Oracle Cloud Applications as a Technical Lead or Application Development Lead


• Bachelor's degree


• Experience in a Managerial role


• Experience with Oracle HCM, SCM, ERP, CPQ, Order Management, Demand Management, Sales Management, Service Management, or Digital Customer Service


• Hands-on experience with FBDI, OTBI, REST, and Oracle Integration Cloud


• Experience with Oracle Cloud deployments and DevOps practices


• Experience with Agile development methodologies


• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

Desired Skills:

• Relevant Oracle certifications


• Experience working in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments


• Background in software development and business requirements analysis
