Job description

SAP S/4HANA Project Manager (PMP) – Pennsylvania public-sector client

Contract: Dec 7, 2026 – Jun 30, 2027 (W2 only, through Cybrty Inc.)
Location: Remote, with 1 week per month onsite in Middletown, PA (plus occasional in-person sessions)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
No C2C, no 1099, no sponsorship.

About the role
Lead Wave 2 of a large SAP S/4HANA enhancement program for a major Pennsylvania public agency. You will run several workstreams at once, work with the system integrator's PMs, and keep scope, schedule, budget and risks under control.

What you will do

  • Build and own the integrated project plan and critical path in MS Project
  • Estimate and track project cost through all phases
  • Plan resources and forecast capacity across teams
  • Set up project governance: roles, escalation paths, decision making
  • Manage vendors and coordinate with the system integrator's project managers
  • Run the full project lifecycle, sign-offs and lessons learned

The SAP landscape
S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, Business Data Cloud, BTP, Datasphere, Service and Asset Manager, with integrations to SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, OnBase, Dynamics 365, Qlik and more.

What you need

  • 10+ years of project management
  • Active PMP certification
  • Project Manager experience on SAP/ERP programs
  • Experience managing high-profile vendors in on-prem and cloud environments
  • Expert MS Project / Project Online skills
  • Multi-year project experience and strong communication skills

Good to know

  • In-person interviews may be held in Middletown, PA
  • One onsite orientation day to collect equipment (not shipped)
  • PA criminal history check (PATCH) and national background check required
  • Travel is not reimbursed within 3 hours of Middletown; beyond that, GSA rates apply
