Project Manager

With a strong commitment to employee loyalty, professional development, and continuous improvement training, this company offers an outstanding opportunity to grow your career while managing impactful projects for schools, universities, and government facilities throughout the Detroit area Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include: Minimum of 4 years of construction project management experience, with strong knowledge of general contracting processes and procedures.

Experience managing public-sector construction projects, including K-12 schools, universities, municipal buildings, and government facilities. Highly proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, specifications, and contract documents. Experience with Procore, Smartsheet, and Google Workspace preferred; comparable construction management software experience will be considered. Manage commercial and public works construction projects ranging from $500K to $10M. Oversee project execution and coordinate construction activities to support successful project delivery.

Work closely with project teams, including superintendents, while maintaining effective communication throughout the construction process. Work Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with approximately 80% of time spent in the office and 20% visiting local project sites within an hour of the office.

Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
