Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits and assist with external customer and certification audits.
• Manage non-conformances, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Develop inspection and test procedures.
• Support first article inspections (FAI) and customer documentation requirements.
• Analyse quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and best practices.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer or similar role.
• Experience within a manufacturing environmentStrong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience managing non-conformances and corrective actions.
• Experience conducting audits.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
