The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present comprehensive service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with preference for experience in related service industries.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
