Job Haines at Home is seeking a motivated, outgoing, and creative
Marketing Specialist to help grow our home health care agency and strengthen our relationships within the community.

Position Details
Employment: Full-Time
Location: Montclair, NJ
Responsibilities
~ Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase agency visibility and referrals
~ Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals
~ Identify and develop new referral sources
~ Represent Job Haines at Home at community events, health fairs, networking events, and senior-focused programs
~ Coordinate and participate in agency-sponsored events and outreach activities
~ Promote our home health care services and educate community partners about the care we provide
~ Maintain a strong community presence through networking and relationship building
~ Assist with social media, promotional materials, and other marketing initiatives
~ Track outreach activities, referrals, and marketing results
~ Collaborate with agency leadership to develop new growth opportunities
