We are seeking passionate SEND Tutors and Teachers to join a leading organization dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in your community. This is an opportunity to make a real impact through flexible, trauma-informed tutoring.

The Role

• Provide in-person, remote, or hybrid tuition in Maths, English, or Science to students with SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5, referred by local authorities and schools.
• Plan and deliver flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring sessions.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Help to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS).
• 2+ years of teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD.
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (assistance provided if needed) and 2 professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
