The Role

• Assist store management in daily operations and achieving sales targets.
• Develop and train a successful sales team, providing coaching and feedback.
• Supervise store operations and loss prevention efforts in management's absence.
• Ensure a fun and full-service customer experience, resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain store standards, including opening/closing duties and cash handling.
• Uphold the company's unique culture and values.

What You'll Need

• Prior retail sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A desire to succeed and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
