Job Description

Job Title: Infrastructure Transformation Project Manager (PMO & RAID)

Location: Irving, TX or or Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) - Locals

 

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Technology Infrastructure Engineering, Infrastructure Program Management, or Technology Transformation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
5+ years of experience supporting large-scale infrastructure, platform modernization, cloud transformation, data center, networking, storage, compute, virtualization, or related technology initiatives.
5+ years of program management, PMO, governance, portfolio management, or strategic execution experience.
3+ years of experience developing executive-level communications, presentations, dashboards, and reporting deliverables.
3+ years of experience managing RAID processes, milestone governance, and cross-functional execution tracking.
3+ years of experience using enterprise execution and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office, or equivalent tooling.
Demonstrated ability to translate highly technical information into concise, business-oriented executive communications.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

 

Desired Qualifications:
Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure transformation, data center strategy, migration, modernization, or platform engineering organizations.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure domains including compute, storage, networking, virtualization, automation, cloud platforms, and hosting services.
Experience supporting executive governance within a highly regulated financial services organization.
Experience managing portfolio reporting across multiple concurrent investments exceeding departmental or platform scope.
Experience creating executive-ready presentations with clear business outcomes, delivery status, value realization, and risk insights.
Ability to influence without direct authority across geographically dispersed teams and organizations.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities and changing deadlines.
